We're GLG London, a creative digital agency in the heart of the city

Who are we?

GLG London is a web design and digital marketing agency. We don’t just make nice looking websites, we focus on business success and brand credibility for our clients. Servicing many markets, we have a wide range of expertise which enable us to create much more than static websites. We deliver integrated, measurable digital strategies.

Where are we?

We are fortunate enough to have offices in both London and New York, so next time you're in either Kentish Town or Manhattan feel very welcome to come and visit us.
Tom Gosling, President & CEO

Here at GLG, we're passionate about everything digital. We approach each project from the standpoint that your digital platforms are here to drive revenue to your business. So, everything we do is user-centric. Usability, Content and Performance are key to a successful platform and we can help you create that - be it Web, Mobile or App based. We work closely with our clients to produce digital platforms which generate further revenue for your business.

1. Let's Talk
If you're contemplating employing the skills of a digital marketing agency and you're reading this, you are already halfway there. There are many agencies and companies out there who will give you a refreshed digital image, build you a new site or make something work a little better for you. We like to give you more than this. Whether it's our experience, the passion we have for what we do, or even the reassuring voice of one of our dedicated account managers on the end of the phone, our service is what sets us apart and it all starts with a call.
2. It's brainstorm o'clock
Once you've briefed us, we transform your ideas into what we call a 'technical specification'. This document is our interpretation of the brief, and it's for you. It ensures that we are all on the same page. When you're happy with what we plan to do, the gloves will be removed and work commenced. That's when the thinking starts. Genuinely creative and original ideas can take some time to build into working concepts but that's fine - it's what Monday morning meetings were made for!
3. Let's get creative
You probably have an idea on how you want things to look. If you don't, you're more than likely to have some vital information we need which will help us to create the perfect design for your brand. This is why we think it's a good idea for you to meet our designers. Don't worry - we'll bring them over then take them away again. All of our creative work is designed to reflect your brand and achieve your site objectives. We use the latest style guides to create cutting edge designs or we can create more traditional, corporate-looking concepts.
4. Time to start development
It's really down to us now. The design will be signed off, as will the information architecture (essentially the site map). We're ready to go into the construction phase! Our developers create the templates needed for the site to work and integrate a content management system (CMS) which puts you in full control of making updates to your website once it has gone live. However, we'll insert all the initial content for you to make sure everything is sitting perfectly. We also consider how search engines will pick up the information ensuring that we're doing everything we can to put you on top.
5. Time to go live
Your site is ready, but does it work? We'll take it for a test drive and make sure that the appearance is consistent across all major platforms, that it functions as it should and that the usability is tip-top. We'll also have the coding validated to the very latest standards. When we're happy, we'll pass it over to you for approval. When you're happy, we press the big red button and go live!

Check out what our clients have said...

Paul Basile — CEO Matchpoint Careers
Tom Gosling and his team at GLG Group have surpassed expectations. It's not often one can say that. They have delivered what they said they would, on budget and on specification. They work creatively and flexibly and seem able to handle a wide variety of tasks, often with little or no advance notice. Combine technical professionalism with an agreeable demeanor and it's not surprising that they deliver what clients want.

Just before I retained GLG, my previous IT team had, not to put too fine a point on it, failed. I was in no mood for excuses or alibis and likely was not (probably still am not) an easy customer. Which is all the more evidence that GLG delivers.

Paul Basile, CEO Matchpoint Careers

Dave Bennion — Ogle Models and Prototypes Ltd
Having worked with GLG London for 2 years we have seen them evolve from a small company into a full service digital marketing agency. Through out this time they have been consistently creative and have always been responsive to our needs.

Yuri Gandamihardja — Zenzhu Furniture
Working with GLG was easy, we had some clear objectives which had to be fulfilled, they helped us through the creative process and gave us feedback from the word 'go'. Really impressive and quite simply a breath of fresh air.

Kelly Jacobs — World Land Trust
The World Land Trust asked GLG to design an interactive menu on an educational CD. GLG came up with a funky and easy to use design which is sure to be a hit with teachers and students alike. Tom was friendly and efficient and I found it easy to work with him via email. I am really pleased with the work that was done and would definitely recommend GLG.
